Welcome and Namaste~

I’ve started this page as place where people can come to unburden themselves.

Forgiveness is a difficult and sometimes elusive thing to find.

Many times, we hide away our hurts, and the wrongs that we have done or that have been done to us. We feel shameful about them, or perhaps that we even deserved to have them happen.

The first step toward forgiveness is to openly acknowledge those things that we are carrying around. This doesn’t have to be a public proclamation, but can be a private sharing.

Next, we must want forgiveness. Sometimes, the motivation is as basic as just wanting freedom from having to think about the thing that is weighing us down.

Many recovery and spiritual practices dictate that you “pray” for the person or thing that you are trying to forgive.

This doesn’t have to be a religious based prayer, or even a prayer directed at a diety. Instead, it can be a mantra we repeat on a regular basis – either out loud or silently, in our own minds.

Eventually, if that mantra is repeated often enough and for long enough, the pain and suffering will dissipate.

At times, it is helpful for others to share your mantra, repeating it for you or on your behalf.

Finally, there are times when healing ceremonies can help. They are symbolic of the letting go process that happens in our hearts and in our minds.

My aim is to help others along with their process of forgiveness.

It is my hope that others will share the pain and hurts that they are carrying around.

Together we will develop a mantra that they can use to move along the process of forgiveness.

If they want the help of others, we can publish that request and ask that others take up the mantra in support of the healing process.

If a healing ceremony will help to clear out the negative thoughts or open the heart to new light, I’m happy to advise on ceremonies that others have found helpful.
